FAQ

My air conditioner has a dripping problem. Can you help me solve it when you clean it?

We often encounter the problem of dripping air conditioners. Dripping is usually caused by a clogged drain pipe. When we clean your air conditioner, we will use a high-pressure water gun to clear the clogged drain pipe, and then clean the machine with cleaning solution. This can usually solve the dripping problem of the air conditioner.

Does the air conditioner need to be disassembled for cleaning?

Generally speaking, if the environment allows, we will choose to disassemble the window air conditioner for cleaning, so that all positions and components can be cleaned more thoroughly. However, if the environment does not allow, or the air conditioner body is already damaged, we will avoid disassembling it.

Is it necessary to change the refrigerant if the air conditioner is not cold enough?

As long as the air conditioner is operating normally, the refrigerant will circulate in the unit and there is no need to add water to the air conditioner. If you need to add water to the air conditioner, first make sure that the location where the air conditioner radiates heat is easily accessible or there is enough space to work. Taking ordinary residential buildings as an example, the radiator is usually located on the exterior wall of the building, and a shed may need to be built to complete this work.

How long does it take to clean an air conditioner?

If the surrounding environment is normal, the whole process usually takes 45 to 60 minutes, including preparation, protection, disassembly, cleaning with high-pressure water gun, washing with chemical solution, assembly, and cleaning after washing.

What should I do if my air conditioner has problems after I cleaned it?

Each project will provide 30-day after-service maintenance. We will provide free maintenance for all problems caused by cleaning the air conditioner, so you can rest assured.
